HARRIS, J.

The State concedes that based on our opinion in Blackiston v. State, 772 So.2d 554 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000), the reference to the collections court should be deleted from the judgment of conviction.

REVERSED and REMANDED for' correction of judgment.

GRIFFIN and SAWAYA, JJ., concur.
