PER CURIAM.

In light of our decision in Iglesia Cristiana La Casa Del Señor, Inc. v. L.M., 783 So.2d 353 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001), the judgment awarding fees and costs to L.M. under section 768.79, Florida Statutes (1991), is reversed.

Reversed.

. The other issues raised in this appeal are rendered moot.
