PER CURIAM.

We affirm the lower court’s order striking Appellant’s pleadings as a nullity. We decline to address the remaining issues raised on appeal because Appellant lacks standing to raise them. See Richter v. Higdon Homes, Inc., 544 So.2d 300 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989).
