PER CURIAM.

We affirm the final judgment in all respects with the exception of the award of attorneys’ fees, which we reverse and remand to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing thereon. See Roggemann v. Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Co., 670 So.2d 1073 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996).

. The appellee has properly confessed error as to the attorneys' fees issue.
