Confession of Error

PER CURIAM.

As the underlying judgment has been reversed, Beeman v. Cosmides, 825 So.2d 511 (Fla. 3d DCA 2002), the appellees properly concede that the cost judgment predicated thereon must also be reversed.

Reversed.
