Medici v. State (830 So. 2d 865, 2002)

We affirm Mr. Medici’s conviction for trafficking in cocaine but reverse and remand for resentencing under the valid law in effect on June 21, 2000, the date of his offense. See Taylor v. State, 818 So.2d 544 (Fla. 2d DCA2002).
