ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT

PER CURIAM.

Upon receiving the mandate from the supreme court, we vacate our prior opinion and reverse the final order of dismissal. See Woodham v. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Inc., 829 So.2d 891 (Fla.2002).
