Affirmed. See Visoly v. Bodek, 602 So.2d 979, 980 (Fla. 3d DCA 1992)(The trial court is authorized to “look beyond the four corners of the complaint, take evidence, and rule as if the motion [to strike as a sham] were one for summary judgment.”).
