Department of Children & Families v. M.C. (847 So. 2d 598, 2003)

This petition for writ of certiorari presents the same issue we recently decided in Department of Children & Families v. E.M.S., 841 So.2d 621 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003). On the authority of that decision, we grant the writ and vacate the order under review.
