PER CURIAM.

The matter of petitioner’s resentencing pursuant to Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000), and his consequent departure sentence has, in fact, been reviewed by this court in both of petitioner’s previous appeals to this court. We therefore deny the petition for belated appeal.

DENIED.
