PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of August 8, 2003, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not final and that the appeal was commenced prematurely. See Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville, 491 So.2d 1217 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986). Ac-eordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
