PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See Applegate v. Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, 377 So.2d 1150 (Fla.1979). With respect to appellant’s claim regarding the invalidity of his marriage, our affirmance is without prejudice to this issue being raised in the trial court.
