We affirm the termination of the father’s parental rights where the basis for such termination was proven by clear and convincing evidence. § 39.809(1), Fla. Stat. (2002); Myles v. Department of Health & Rehabilitative Servs., 590 So.2d 1058, 1054 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991).

Affirmed.
