Garnicki v. State (866 So. 2d 219, 2004)

PER CURIAM.

Daniel Garnicki appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, after an evidentiary hearing. We conclude that the trial court’s order is supported by the record and properly applies the standards of Strickland v. Wash ington, 466 U.S. 668, 104 S.Ct. 2052, 80 L.Ed.2d 674 (1984).

Affirmed.
