PER CURIAM.
Pursuant to confession of error by ap-pellee, Florida Insurance Guaranty Association, in light of the Florida Supreme Court’s decision in Travelers Indemnity Co. v. PCR, Inc., 889 So.2d 779 (Fla.2004), we reverse the final summary judgment entered in favor of appellee and remand this case to the trial court for entry of judgment in favor of appellant.
Reversed and Remanded. •
