PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order denying appellant unemployment compensation benefits. An unemployment benefits claimant is not entitled benefits for a new benefit year until the requirements of section 443.091(2), Florida Statutes (2005), are met. See Hudson v. Fla. Unemployment Appeals Comm., 755 So.2d 764 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000).
