PER CURIAM.
Petitioner has failed to carry his burden of demonstrating the existence of irreparable injury. Accordingly, his petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed. See Gour ley v. Szabo, 869 So.2d 765 (Fla. 1st DCA 2004); Bared & Co. v. McGuire, 670 So.2d 153 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996) (en banc).
DISMISSED.
