Southeastern Leisure Systems, Inc., 522 So.2d 979 (Fla. 1st DCA 1988) (distinguishing jurisdiction of the person from subject matter jurisdiction for purposes of rule 9.130); Maryland Casualty Co. v. Century Construction Corp., 656 So.2d 611 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995) (dismissing appeal of post-judgment order that would culminate in appealable order).
