AFFIRMED. See Adaway v. State, 902 So.2d 746 (Fla.), cert. denied, 546 U.S. 942, 126 S.Ct. 436, 163 L.Ed.2d 331 (2005) (holding that sentence of life imprisonment without parole does not violate either Eighth Amendment to United States Constitution or article I, section 17 of Florida Constitution).
