DAVIDSON, Commissioner. This appeal is from a conviction for felony theft, with punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years. No sentence accompanies the record. A sentence is necessary in ordinary felony cases to the jurisdiction of this court. Garbs v. State, Tex.Cr.App., 234 S.W.2d 869. The appeal is dismissed. Opinion approved by the court.
