WALKER, J.- This is a‘ -companion case with John H. Broocks v. State of Texas, 41 S.W.(2d) 714, this day decided by us, and for the reasons therein stated the judgment of the lower court in this cause is reversed and remanded for a new trial. Reversed and remanded.
