The offense is transporting intoxicating liquor; the punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for two and one-half years.
Appellant was observed by an officer to drive his car to a store, where he stopped. After the car had stopped, appellant ran through the store followed by the officer and other parties. As he went out the back door
