Collard, Judge.

It was decided by this court on a former appeal of this case that the bond for title of Jones and wife to Goff to convey their homestead could not be enforced by a bill for specific performance. The decision was made upon the ground that the wife could only convey the homestead by deed executed and acknowleded by her in the manner required by the statute, and that her privilege to retract the sale continued until the acknowledgment was taken, which was the final act
