The complete machine-readable index is published as a stable data feed: /economic_law_index.jsonl (one JSON row per section) with a summary at /economic_law_index.json. Each row carries the citation, the permanent page URL, its domain, and its true case-citation count — join on the citation, deep-link the URL.
